At Manatee Gourmet Coffee we have taken great pride in sourcing 100% pure Arabica beans which produce a very satisfying rich body of complex flavors.
100% Arabica Coffee from Across the Globe
Manatee Gourmet Coffee imports only the finest coffee beans from around the world. Our coffees are roasted, blended to perfection, and then packaged and shipped with care.
Well Balanced & Smooth Taste
A wonderfully well balanced coffee is achieved by blending beans inherently low in acid content. We then roast the beans in such a way the acidity is minimized without affecting our great taste.
Our green coffee beans come from higher elevations in Brazil, Sumatra, and Columbia. The flavor profile of every shipment is tested to make sure it meets our standards. We blend our beans for a well balanced, smooth taste.
Our roasting process is timed to the second and temperature controlled. We ensure the beans have been roasted to their most flavorful potential with the lowest amount of acid.
Our process avoids the bitterness and the stomach issues of many coffees on the market today.
The finest blended coffee beans coupled with our roasting process gives Manatee Gourmet Coffee our signature well balanced smooth taste.
To ensure a great cup of coffee:
- Grind beans just before brewing
- Always start with fresh filtered water
- Use 2 tablespoon ground coffee to 6 fl. oz. water
- Adjust measurement to taste
Drip Coffee: Medium Grind
Espresso: Fine Grind
Coffee/French Press: Coarse Grind
The finer the grind, the stronger the coffee.
Serving and Storage:
Manatee Gourmet Coffee's are taste profiled for a medium grind in a pour over or flat bottom brewer. If you are using a French press, we recommend you grind to a coarse setting.
You can intensify the flavor by grinding our coffee to a finer grind.
We do not recommend storing our coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, as this can actually damage the taste profile. We suggest storing our coffee at room temperature in an air-tight container.
100% Arabica Coffee (may contain natural and/or artificial flavors).
