Manatee Gourmet Coffee Company – A Note From The President
  In 1997 a young entrepreneurial opted to start a coffee company that would help in the survival efforts of the Manatee. Their concept was simple, to produce a wonderful, low acidic coffee that consumers would enjoy with part of the proceeds contributing to the preservation efforts and well being of endangered Manatees.
All earth's species require our consideration and we at Manatee Coffee believe it is our destiny to assist in protecting all of our natural resources. This surely is not meant to be a political statement but rather a statement of good old fashioned common sense.
Today Manatee Gourmet Coffee has grown far past the original vision of its founders but we keep the same goal in mind. We endeavor to consistently produce a wonderful, low acidic virtually bitter free coffee. To this end we are eternally committed.
On a personal note, in a lifetime of challenging positions and undertakings I find the vision of Manatee Gourmet Coffee Company to be my most emotionally rewarding position ever. Sit back, relax and enjoy our coffee. It's meant to make you smile!
